DynCorp International Company Organization

Corporate departments, divisions, and strategic business units

DI’s corporate management includes seven department heads and three division presidents who report directly to CEO Herb Lanese. The divisions are International Security Services (ISS), Logistics and Construction Management (LCM), and Maintenance and Technical Support Services (MTSS).

Bob Rosenkranz oversees the International Security Services (ISS) division’s three business units: Global Linguist Solutions (GLS), Law Enforcement and Security (LES), and Specialty Aviation and Counter-Drug (SACD).

Rory Fisher is in charge of the Logistics and Construction Management (LCM) division. LCM, at this time, has two business units: Contingency and Logistics Operations (CLO), and Operations, Maintenance, and Construction management (OMCM).

Chris DiGesualdo heads up the MTSS division and its three operating groups: Aviation and Maintenance Services, Contractor Logistics Support, and Field Services Operations.
